I’m not much of a baseball fan. I don’t hate it. I like the world series. I’m just not a true fan. I don’t follow a team faithfully. We are very fortunate to have Kevin Kugler grace our air waves on 1620 the Zone. I have a sneaking suspicion that he is about to go on to bigger and better, but before he takes off I thought it would be fun to help him out. Jennings, Opitz, Dorn, Abeita, Weber, Herr, Pribanic all were drafted to the Major League. This is something that Nebraska can hang their hat on and build upon this success. They have a lot to be proud of, they were ranked in the top ten for the majority of the season, they ended the season with 40 wins, and they did it without an outstanding star.
