I noticed at the Cox Classic that the scores were outrageously low. And it wasn’t just a few guys scoring. There were a ton at -10 or better. I would say that if you didn’t score -10 or better that you might want to think about a career change. Is Champions Run a good enough course for a professional tour to play on? I know that the PGA Tour has nothing to do with Husker Football, but I am an avid golfer and I enjoy watching. Now, with all the talk of Barry Bonds (age 44) and Roger Clemens (age 46) and how their career has continued with their age allegedly due to steroid use. Here is one thing for sure during the U.S. Open you will hear a the term “Kikuya Grass” a thousand time. Kikuya will eventually weed out the week and have them exclaiming that “Kikuya will screw ya”. Kikuya does sound kindof cool, but by Sunday I am about kikuya’d out. Read the rest of this entry »
There is a busy week in the sports world. There’s the NBA Finals, College World Series and the U.S. Open. ESPN is going to have full coverage the first two rounds.
